HOW TO INITIATE YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGES?
To begin your return/exchange process, please reach out to us on WhatsApp at +919082724273. Please include your order ID in your message.
Return process
Raise your return request on WhatsApp. Our team will schedule a pickup within 1–2 days. Once the product is picked up and reaches our warehouse, your refund will be processed in 72 hours.
Upon receipt of your return:
- Refund transaction charges of 2% will be automatically deducted from the refund amount. For COD orders, an additional flat INR 100 will be deducted over and above the 2% charge, as this amount was never received by Stan Edition.
- Refunds are issued once your returned shipment reaches the STAN EDITION warehouse and passes our quality verification.
- Secure refund processing is completed within 7 business days
Exchange process
Raise your exchange request on WhatsApp. Our team will coordinate the pickup with you. Once the product is picked up, we will ship the replacement.
Expected timeline: 1–2 days for pickup, followed by 5–7 days for delivery. Please allow up to 5–10 days overall.

- Original tags and distinctive STAN EDITION packaging must remain intact
- Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and free from alterations
