If any piece does not meet your expectations, we offer a gracious 14-day window from the delivery date for returns or exchanges.

HOW TO INITIATE YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGES?

To begin your return/exchange process, please reach out to us on WhatsApp at +919082724273. Please include your order ID in your message.

Return process

Raise your return request on WhatsApp. Our team will schedule a pickup within 1–2 days. Once the product is picked up and verified by our courier partner, your refund will be processed in 72 hours.

If the courier partner flags an issue with the product, the refund will be initiated after the product reaches and is verified at our warehouse. Expected timeline for refund is 10 days.

Exchange process

Raise your exchange request on WhatsApp. Our team will coordinate the pickup with you. Once the product is picked up, we will ship the replacement.

Expected timeline: 1–2 days for pickup, followed by 5–7 days for delivery. Please allow up to 5–10 days overall.

ELIGIBLE PRODUCTS

To maintain our elevated standards:

• All items must remain in their original, pristine condition
• Original tags and distinctive STAN EDITION packaging must remain intact
• Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and free from alterations
  

Upon receipt of your return:

• We provide full reimbursement of the product value, including all applicable taxes minus transaction fee of INR 25 and in case of COD orders this fee is 100 INR
• Secure refund processing is completed within 7 business days
